Oma and Opa at the beach

We had a lovely visit from Oma and Opa John.

Tomorrow it is back to school for Ali and everyone will heave a huge sigh of relief.

And All Shall Be Well

We are all nicely recovered from our various flus now.

Oma and Opa John are visiting. We will post some photos when once they have gone and we have a few moments.

Bugger, now Karen has man-flu! The kids are getting better though.

Flu time

Oh dear, poor Ali was looking forward to school but her first week back she contracted a flu that saw her lying on the sofa, and sleeping with Mum and Dad for seven days. Now it is Lily's turn with the running nose, general tiredness and mild cough that Ali had. Luckily the kids are still cute.

Unfortunately Phil has contracted the very serious Man-flu which causes a great deal more suffering to all those present than avian, swine or regular seasonal flu combined. In the fine tradition of mothers everywhere Karen soldiers on, and on, and on...
