Sunday A.M.

We're not looking forward to today. Karen is going to Auckland with the girls to visit Opa which would normally be something to look forward to except that he is in hospital at the moment after a fall last Wednesday. At Ninety years of age, one expects these things to happen but of course always hopes they never do. We explained to Ali that Opa was a bit "wobbly" and that's why he fell and she suggested that he should first practice walking more often and then when he gets good at it, get a walking stick! Ali and Lily will be in the loving care of Noel and Rosie today. We only hope Noel doesn't wear the girls out too much with his antics. I am going over to One Tree Point to paint a kitchen as today will be my only opportunity to do it. The housing market may certainly have slowed nationwide but building and renovating are showing no signs of slowing around here! That's all for now.
